What a customer bought

On a customer's page in Business › Customers, the Purchases tab is everything they bought at the till, newest first. The till is the one record: nothing is copied or brought in.

The sales

Each sale shows its day, till, total and how it was paid (On account or at the till), with its products, quantities and prices. Press a sale for its receipt.

It shows the last year; Look a year further back goes back up to three years.

What they usually buy

What they usually buy sits above the list: each product with how many times they bought it, how many they usually take and when they last did. Press one to see only the sales that had it; press it again to see them all.

Search

Search finds a product in their purchases. Isletek looks through their receipts a few at a time and says how many it found.

Their requests

With Customer requests on, their requests are in the list too, marked by how they came (text, email, phone or paper) and where they are. Press one to open it.

Take a request starts a new one with this customer already chosen, and Take a request's See their purchases comes back here.
