Getting help inside Isletek

Help is never more than one press away. Press Help, the question mark in the header, and the Help panel opens beside the page you are on. On a smaller screen, Help is in your account menu.

Search and For this screen

Type in the search box and help pages appear as you type. With nothing typed, For this screen shows the pages written for the page you are on. Press one to read it in the panel. Help centre opens every page in a new tab.

Message Isletek

Press Message Isletek to write to us. Your message is private, and we usually reply within the hour.

• Pick Something's wrong, A question or Other.

• Write it in a line, then tell us more.

• A screenshot of your screen is attached, taken as you pressed Help. You can mark it up, retake it or remove it.

We also get the page you were on and the shop PC's version, so you don't have to explain where you were. Never a password. Press Send to Isletek when you're ready.

Ask the shops

Ask the shops opens a new question in the Community. Every Isletek shop can answer. You are shown by your initials, never your shop's name.

Your conversations

Your conversations shows your latest messages to Isletek and your Community questions with new replies. Each one says Answered or Looking into it. Press All to see every conversation.
