One place for the shop's own requests. From the floor: scan a barcode, snap a photo or type a name and send "bring 2 cases" to the stockroom; whoever is upstairs sees it on a live board, taps On the trolley, and the walker watches it move to Brought, or None left. In the office: ask a manager about an invoice, or hand someone a job with a due date, from the invoice itself, and see when it is answered. With Isletek: a bug or a question sent from Give feedback becomes a thread you can follow up on, with Isletek's answer and its status. Every message is a request with a done state, never a chat. It rides the tasks engine the app already has: a thread, photos, links to an invoice or a product, unread per person, live updates on every device, email when you are away.
