The food-safety diary a UK food shop must keep (the FSA's Safer Food, Better Business), kept in Isletek instead of a paper folder.
A shop admin answers a few questions about the shop (what it does, its fridges, freezers and hot cabinets, fire and premises, cleaning) and Isletek writes the schedule: opening and closing checks, temperature readings, the weekly alarm test, the monthly emergency-light check, extinguishers, first aid, probe checks, the 4-weekly review, the yearly fire drill and risk-assessment reviews, plus any check the shop adds. Shabbat, yom tov and bank holidays are skipped or rolled to the next trading day.
The checks are done on the shop floor from Home › Checks (a phone works), a reading out of range opens the steps the law expects written down, a missed check raises a task, and a manager signs each day. The diary shows a month at a glance and any day can be opened for an inspector.
Available as an optional add-on in the Marketplace, in every plan.
