A customer's numbers

Each customer's page has Numbers under Details: every number with its person, its box ("Mobile in the POS", or "Only in Isletek"), whether it can be texted, and Also on for the other accounts with the same number. Press Add a number (also Customer number in the + menu), type the number and whose it is. Confirm a number Isletek isn't sure of, Make the default on a shared number, or Remove it. Removing a number that is still in a POS box only takes it off in Isletek: take it out in the POS too, or the next sync brings it back.

When a customer has more than one mobile, Text them asks which: each number shows its person, such as Mrs Cohen · 07700 900123. Their usual number comes first, then the one you texted last.

A number on two accounts

When a text comes from a shared number, Isletek picks the account with a request open, or the one the text names. Otherwise the text and its request ask: This number is on 2 accounts: Cohen (4637), Cohen Kids (5120). Which one is this for? Press the account. Isletek remembers it, and next time shows Usually for 4637. When you reply in Chat › Texts, About says which account your text is for.
