Goods in
A delivery nobody counted
A delivery from a supplier set to Remind until counted is never left to sit. Until somebody counts it, office and up see "Delivery from … isn't counted yet" on Home, with the invoice number, how many lines, the total and when it arrived.
The three answers
Accept stock puts the invoice's quantities into the till's stock, as if it had been counted exactly. Pressing it twice books it once. If the invoice's totals don't add up yet, it says so: count the delivery, or fix the invoice first.
Raise a claim opens the claim window. The reminder goes once the claim is made.
Remind me in 30 minutes puts it off for everyone in the shop. It can be put off three times; after that it stays on Home until it is answered.
Counting the delivery clears the reminder too.
When it shows
Reminders show only while the shop is open, as set in its opening hours, and never on Shabbat or yom tov. A shop with no opening hours set counts as open. Each new reminder, and each one whose 30 minutes are up, sends one notification; several at once are one notification.
How a supplier's deliveries are received
In the supplier's settings, under Receiving:
Remind until counted (the usual one): counted at goods in, and reminded about until it is.
Straight away: the invoice's quantities go into the till's stock as it arrives.
Sale or return, never counted: the stock goes in as it arrives, the delivery is never on the count list or reminded about, and returns come off as usual. Its supplier report starts with totals by cost.
