Suppliers
A supplier's overview
Open a supplier from the Suppliers page to see its overview: how its deliveries come, what you spend and sell, what needs you and where each invoice has got to.
Deliveries
The bars are the last 13 weeks, one for each week, as tall as its deliveries. The line says how many came, the days it usually comes and when the last one came. Later than usual means it has gone longer than usual without one. Under the bars, Next is the delivery expected, from your order days or its usual pattern, beside your order days. Press it for Orders.
The five boxes
Spend · 30 days, Sold · 30 days, Products, Promotions and Price updates; each opens its page. Money stays hidden until you press the eye. A supplier without a portal shows Credit notes · 90 days instead of Promotions. With the shop PC offline, Sold shows the last figures, marked "last known".
Needs you
Only what is waiting for you from this supplier: deliveries not received, open claims, invoices held for QuickBooks, prices to review, labels and tasks, each with how many. A row opens the list it counts.
Invoices
Each invoice shows four dots: checked, goods in, QuickBooks and paid. A filled dot is done, an amber one waits for you, a red one is a problem, an empty one is not yet, and a dash is not needed (a credit note brings no goods and is not paid). Beside them is the one thing left to do, such as 5 lines to check or Receive the goods. Point at the dots to read each step.
Sellers, emails and books
Sellers shows their products selling faster than usual this week, or the top ones. Latest emails shows their newest emails. Books shows QuickBooks and your terms with them.
