Add-ons and usage

Some apps cost extra on your plan, and some count what they do each month. Every app says what it costs on your plan, in words, on its card and its page: "Included in Professional", "£9 a month on Essential" or "Not in Essential · Professional and up".

Adding an add-on

Installing an add-on asks first, with its price: "Add Offers by email and text? Offers by email and text costs £9 a month. It joins your monthly Isletek payment, from your next payment." Press Add it to install it, or Not now. If the price has changed since you looked, Isletek says the new price and asks again. An add-on is charged while it is installed, even when it is switched off. Removing it stops the charge.

What an app counts

Some apps count what they do each month, like emails sent or texts. Each says how many your plan includes and what more costs, for example "1,000 emails a month included, then £1 per 1,000".

Your next payment

Plan & billing › Overview shows Your next payment line by line: your plan, each add-on you installed, and last month's usage over what your plan includes, with the total. This month so far shows what has been counted this month; it is charged with the payment after next. Each payment and its receipt list what they were for: the plan, each add-on and each usage line.
