Business
Busy hours: when the shop is busy
In this page
Busy hours shows how busy each hour usually is, in takings from your tills, for the rota and a quiet hour for refills. It is for managers and the shop admin: Business › Busy hours, or Open on the Home's Busy hours card.
Choose the dates
Pick Last 4 weeks, Last 3 months, Last year or Same weeks last year. Each ends yesterday. Your own dates takes a start (From) and an end (To), up to 400 days.
Choose the day
Pick a day of the week, or Every day. A day the shop sold nothing, such as a Yom Tov, is not counted.
Compare
Tick Compare with the period before to put the same number of days just before your dates behind each hour.
The figures
Busiest hour: the hour with the most, on a usual day.
Quietest open hour: the quietest hour that sold while the shop was open. One late sale never opens the shop at 1am.
Takings on a usual day: the takings divided by the days counted.
Days in the range: how many of those days the shop traded on.
Busiest days in the range
The dates that took the most, each with its busiest hour and its takings, and named when it was erev Shabbat or erev Yom Tov. Press a date to see that day's hours.
When it is still filling in
Isletek reads only the dates you ask for, from your tills, through the shop PC. The first time you look at some dates, the page shows what it has and says Reading these dates from your tills…, then fills in by itself. If the shop PC is off, or needs an update, the page says so.
