Photographing paperwork
When a delivery comes with a paper invoice, photograph it with a phone. Isletek reads the photo, finds the supplier and opens the count. The screen is called New photo.
Taking the photo
Lay the invoice flat in good light, then photograph every page. If the phone asks, allow the camera. When the camera is off, the screen says Camera is turned off: press Allow camera.
Reading
Reading takes about 20 seconds. The pages go up once, so you can press Back to deliveries and carry on. The photo is still read, and you can open it again where it was.
Which supplier
When Isletek is sure who sent it, it opens the count: Read from the photo, with the supplier and how many lines, then Count it here. When it isn't sure, it asks Is this from the supplier it thinks. If the invoice is already in the list, for example it came by email, you go to that invoice's count instead.
A photo that can't be read
If the screen says This scan is hard to read, lay the invoice flat in good light and take the photo again. Photograph every page, not only the first.
Where it goes
A photographed invoice is filed under All invoices like any other. The office checks its prices there, and the count you make books its stock.
