Requests from texts and emails
When a customer texts the shop, or emails from the address on their account, Isletek reads it, once. If it reads as an order it becomes a request, By text or By email. "Thank you" or a question stays in Texts.
How Isletek reads it
Each line is matched to a real till product: what the shop chose for those words before, the customer's past requests, The Meat Plaza's products, then everything else. Each line shows How Isletek knew. Isletek never makes up a product.
Needs you
When Isletek isn't sure, the request waits under Needs you with the customer's words and why:
a word it doesn't know, or no quantity;
an email Isletek couldn't check came from the customer, or an account the till no longer has;
two products fit: press the right one;
"Please amend…" or a cancel: it goes on that customer's open request, never a new one, with what they asked, such as "legs 2 → 3". Press Do what they asked or Leave it as it is.
The product you press is remembered for that customer, so next time the same words are sure, or for every customer. The app's settings list What Isletek remembers.
A text that came before you said whose number it is: press Make a request under it in Chat › Texts.
Sent to The Meat Plaza
A meat request goes to The Meat Plaza as its own order on Orders, emailed once. A mixed request sends only its meat; the rest waits to be picked. Once it's emailed it can't be changed here: ring the butcher. On Shabbat or Yom Tov it waits: "Goes to The Meat Plaza after Shabbat."
With Send meat requests to the butcher automatically off, press Send to The Meat Plaza.
The text the customer gets
Once it has gone to the butcher, the customer gets the Request received text from Studio › Texts, once. Never after they reply STOP, and never on Shabbat or Yom Tov: it waits until after.
