The Marketplace, apps and your plan

The Marketplace is where you add apps to Isletek and look after your plan. Managers can look; the shop admin installs apps, turns them on and off, and pays. It sits at the foot of the sidebar, between Platform and Settings.

Browse

Browse lists the apps your shop can turn on. Built-in apps, such as Customers, are always on and show on Installed instead.

Installed

Installed lists the apps your shop has, with whether each is on.

Coming soon lists apps Isletek is still building.

Turning an app on

Open an app to see its page: Overview, Settings (where it has any) and Activity. The shop admin presses Install, then can switch the app on or off. Turning an app off or removing it deletes nothing: your data is kept. An app's settings also show under Settings › Apps.

Plan & billing

Overview shows where your shop stands: on trial, paid until a date, or overdue. It has one main press, such as paying for another month or Choose a plan, and your latest payments.

Plans

Plans shows the three plans with their price a month and the apps each one includes. Your plan's column is lit. Press Move to a plan, or Pay for the next month.

Payments

Payments (shop admin) lists every payment, with the count and total paid. Open a paid one for its receipt, which you can print.

Billing details

Billing details (shop admin) holds the business name, address, postcode, VAT number and the email for receipts. Isletek checks the VAT number when you save.

Paying by Blink

Plans are paid on Blink's payment page, which opens when you press to pay. When you have paid, you come back to the Overview, which updates once Isletek has checked the payment with Blink. A payment still open shows Continue to Blink.
