Can I try Isletek before then?

Yes, two ways. A sample shop runs in your browser on the Try it page, with nothing to install. And every new shop starts on a free trial: thirty days with your own till and your own suppliers, set up with you.

Does it work with my till and my suppliers?

Isletek works with your existing till and your existing suppliers. Nothing changes for them.

What do I need to install?

A small connector installs on the shop PC with a pairing code and finds your till's database by itself. It only talks outbound.
