The Activity feed

Activity is the shop's record of who did what in Isletek. Managers and up find it under Business › Records › Activity. Use it to check what changed, when and by whom.

What it records

Each row is one thing done: an invoice booked, a price changed, a product added, a claim sent, a customer's payment taken, and more. A row with no person was done by Isletek on its own, such as a scheduled job.

Who did it

Who is its own column and shows the person's name.

The products a row is about

A row lists the products it touched as chips. Press a chip to open that product, when the row names its supplier. A long list shows the first six; press +N more to see the rest.

Filtering

Pick an area to see only its rows, or search for a word, such as a supplier or a product code.

One product's history and its claims

For everything that happened to one product, open the product from its chip and press Activity. It gathers deliveries, price changes, labels queued and printed, and the claims raised for it, including claims made under another code for the same product.

What is not here

Notes and calls on a customer's page are not in Activity: the customer's page is their record.
