Orders
Making an order
The Orders page lists every supplier's orders, newest first. You can narrow it by supplier and status. An order is made from its supplier's page: open the supplier and press Create order.
Create order
Order on the portal: works on the supplier's portal basket itself.
Draft order: a portal order you build now and send later.
Manual order: for a supplier with no portal.
Auto order: Isletek builds your usual order for you to check.
A draft or manual order saves as you go.
The usual order
Frequent shows what you usually buy. For a portal supplier it is the portal's list. For a supplier with no portal it comes from their invoices: the cases you usually take and what sold since their last delivery. Add your usual order puts it all in the basket; change any quantity before you send.
Offers
When a supplier sends a promotion sheet, Isletek reads its offers. The order screen shows them at the offer price.
Sending
On the portal: Place order sends the basket; Isletek asks first.
A draft: open the order and press Send to supplier.
A manual order: Email to supplier sends it from your mailbox. A supplier that takes orders on its own form gets that form, filled in.
Order days
How we order sets up the auto order for each supplier, including the days you order.
The auto order
On an order day Isletek builds the order by itself, from your last deliveries and the till. It never sends an order by itself. The home shows it with Check and send.
If it isn't sent by 11:00, it says Not sent yet, and a window asks: Not today, Ask me in 30 minutes or Check and send now. You can change the time in How we order, under Ask again at.
