Printing and labels
Printing shelf labels
In this page
The Labels page holds the shelf labels waiting to be printed. A price change or a new promotion adds the product's label to the list by itself. A label leaves the list once it is printed.
Price labels
The products whose price changed and whose shelf label needs printing again. A scheduled price and a price match add their labels here too.
Promotion labels
The labels for offers starting or running. A label shows when the offer ends in your shop's words, such as "Ends Motzei Shabbos, 24 Oct". An offer with several products prints the offer's own name, or the product's name when it has none. An offer's label leaves the list by itself once the offer has ended.
Printed
Every label printed, the single ones too. Print one again from here.
What prints where
Each kind of label has one rule, set once in Settings › Printing. Shelf labels, promotion labels and product stickers each print with a design, the standard layout on a paper, or as a PDF. Order sheets go to the A4 printer or are saved as a PDF. You can give one product its own label, for prices or promotions.
The printer follows the paper
You never choose a printer for each print. A label goes to the printer loaded with its paper. If two printers could hold that paper and neither is set up, Isletek asks which one has it, and remembers your answer. If no printer holds it, you get a PDF, and Isletek says why.
When a label comes out wrong
Check that the printer is loaded with the paper Settings › Printing says it is. If the size is wrong, change the roll there. If the print sits off the label, use Line it up with my paper from the print window's ⋯ menu.
