Workload & Wages

Workload & Wages shows what Isletek can see of each person's day: the tills, the app and Chat. Workers see their own week; shop admins see the team and pay. It is in early access; other shops see a preview marked coming soon.

What it counts

At work is from your first job of the day to your last, and wages pay all of it. Active is the part where something was happening. The rest is No activity recorded, such as carrying stock or a break; 1 hour in every 8 is allowed for it, and pay is never cut for it.

In, Idle, Out

The header's chip shows In, Idle or Out, with the time.

Points

Each finished job earns points. Hard jobs, such as counting a delivery, earn the most. Jobs worth more lists jobs waiting on a shared queue; their points grow while they wait.

My week

My week shows your active time, points against last week, points by job and what counted today. In a shop that pays commission, Earned this week shows what your points come to.

The team and one person

Workload (shop admin) shows everyone this week, grouped by role, flagging anyone well past the allowance. A flag is a question to ask, not an answer. Press a row for that person's week, where it went quiet and what they did each day.

Correct a day

On a person's page, Correct a day sets a day's start or end, or removes the day, with a reason. It changes pay time only, never in a settled week.

Rules

Rules sets the allowance, the flags, the week's first day and each job's points.

Score only or commission

On Wages, choose Score only or Score and commission. With commission, set the pence per point, the weekly cap and which roles and jobs earn.

Rates and payroll

Enter each person's hourly rate. Export for payroll downloads hours, pay and commission. Tax, NI and pensions stay with your payroll.
