Emails

Studio › Emails is where you design your shop's emails: built from blocks, in your shop's look, ready for the day sending comes. Nothing is sent from here yet; the builder says "Sending comes soon." where the send press will go.

Your emails

Each row shows the email's name and subject, whether it is Published or a Draft, its version, and when it last changed. Press New email, give it a name and press Make the email. Only you and your team see the name; you write the subject in the builder.

Building an email

Press an email to open it. The sheet in the middle is the email; the settings on the right are for the block you picked, or for the email itself: its Subject and Preheader (the line an inbox shows under the subject). Every change saves by itself as a draft.

Press + between two blocks to add one there; drag a block to move it, or use its Duplicate and Delete presses. Beside headings, paragraphs, pictures, buttons and lists there are blocks made for offers:

• Offers: this week's offers from Promotions, or products you pick.

• Products: products from your catalogue.

• Hours: this week's opening hours, with Shabbat and Yom Tov from your calendar.

• Button row: a few buttons side by side.

• Two columns: words and a picture, twice.

• Social links: your links from Studio › Brand.

Preview

Preview shows the draft as it would arrive, on a computer and on a phone, with real offers and hours. A note says when something is left out, for example an offer that ends before the email could go out.

Publish, Discard and Versions

Publish makes the draft the next version. Discard drops the draft; the published email stays as it is. Versions lists each one published; Restore copies one into the draft, within 30 days.
