Signs and posts

Studio › Signs & posts is where you make A4 signs to print and pictures to share, in your shop's look. A sign prints on plain A4; a post is a picture for Instagram or WhatsApp.

Your signs and posts

They are grouped by size, for example "A4 portrait, 210 × 297 mm", "A4 in three strips, 210 × 99 mm" or "Portrait post, 1080 × 1350 px". Each card shows the picture as it prints, its name, Published or Draft, and the date. Press a card to open it.

A new sign or post

Press New sign or New post (or Sign or post in the New menu), type "Its name", pick a Size and press Make it. The designer opens on it.

The designer

Add to sign (or Add to post) offers Title, Price, Offer, Picture, Hechsher, Brand logo and QR to a link. Click a block or drag it onto the sign; the right column says what it holds. Type the price in pounds and the £ is added. Choose a picture opens your pictures. The brand logo is the one in Studio › Brand. A phone's camera opens the QR's link.

With nothing selected you see the Size and Name. Keep things 2 mm in from a sign's edge so nothing is clipped. Changes save as a draft by themselves; Publish makes the version final.

Print, save or share

• Save as PDF saves a sign as an A4 PDF. A strips sign puts three on one page with cut marks.

• Print sends a sign to the printer that holds plain A4. With several it asks "Which printer has the plain A4?". With none it stays shut: "No printer holds plain A4 yet. Set one up in Settings › Printing."

• Save as PNG saves a post as a picture. On a phone that can share, the press is Share.

On a phone you can look through them, save them and share them; open them on a computer to design.
