Products
Inventory: stock, homes, counts
Inventory shows how much of each product you have and where it is in the shop. The till says how much you have in all. Isletek's own record says how much is in the back. The shop floor's share is the till's figure less the back.
Stock
The stock list, in the order you walk the shop. Filter it by what needs a refill, what is out, what is low, what needs counting and what has no home. Each row offers the press its state needs: Refill, Order it or Count it.
Goods in
A delivery booked into the till lands in Goods in, by the delivery that brought it. Put each line away from here to a back shelf, or straight to its home shelf, with Put away.
Find
Scan a shelf label to open that shelf. Scan a barcode, or type a code or words, to find a product and where it is.
Map
Every zone is split into aisles, bays and shelves, always all three. Shelves are numbered from the floor. A product's home is the one shop-floor shelf it is sold from; it can also sit on display shelves. A manager can draw the map and change the walk with Edit.
Counts
Count a product, a bay, a zone or the whole shop. A back shelf's count settles at once. A shop-floor count waits for a manager, who presses Book into the till to correct the till's stock, or Let go.
Moves
Every move of stock: put away, refills, transfers, adjustments and counts, with who and when. You can undo your own move within 10 minutes. A manager can undo any move.
Value
What your stock is worth at cost, split by zone, department or supplier.
