Ready-made texts

Studio › Texts holds the shop's ready-made messages. Every text Isletek sends by itself uses one of them, in your words.
The messages
Request received: when a customer's request has gone to the butcher.
Sent to the butcher / Ready for picking: a mixed request, when its meat has gone to the butcher.
After cut-off: instead of Request received, when the request came after the cut-off.
Ready for picking, Out for delivery, Delivered and Weekly reminder: ready for when Isletek sends them; not sent by themselves yet.
Each card shows when it goes and how it reads with a sample customer.
Fill-ins
Put a fill-in in curly brackets and Isletek writes it in for each customer. In the words they show as chips:
{first_name}: the customer's first name.{slot}: when it comes, such as "today" or "Thursday".{items}: what they asked for, such as "3 Chicken Liver".{total}: the total.{shop}: the shop's name.
When there's nothing to fill in, it's left out and the words around it are tidied.
Change or put back
Press Edit, change the words and press Save. How it reads changes as you type. A fill-in Isletek doesn't know is refused, and a message is at most 480 letters. Put back Isletek's words undoes your changes.
These are order messages: they carry no "Reply STOP to stop" line, go from the conversation's usual sender, never go to a number that replied STOP, and wait for the end of Shabbat or Yom Tov.
