The Invoices page

The Invoices page holds every invoice and credit note Isletek has read for your shop. Each view is a row under Invoices in the sidebar, so pick the row you need. The office uses this page; the floor counts deliveries in Goods in.

Processing

Invoices that still need you: a line to resolve, a price to answer or a product to connect. When every invoice is dealt with it says Nothing to check.

To read older invoices again in one go, tick them, or use Select and choose Read by an older parser, then press Reparse N. Finished invoices are left as they are.

All invoices

Every invoice, newest first, however it arrived. A row says the invoice's date, its lines and how it came: "emailed", "from the portal" or "added by hand". Invoices you photographed are here too. Look here to find an old invoice.

Credit notes

Credit notes from your suppliers. Isletek picks them up from TradePeg, email and uploads, and matches them to your open claims.

QuickBooks queue

This row shows once QuickBooks is connected. It lists what is ready to send, what is waiting, what went and what went wrong. See Sending invoices to QuickBooks.

Scans

Scans is Isletek's own tool for tuning how paper invoices are read, so you won't see it. Your scanned invoices are under All invoices like any other.

Upload an invoice

Press the Upload an invoice row under Invoices in the sidebar to add an invoice by hand. One PDF can hold several invoices; each is filed on its own, and one already held is simply skipped. A statement is filed under the supplier's statements, not here.

A row that says Processing

Processing on a row means Isletek is still reading that invoice. It asks nothing until it has finished. Don't upload it again: it is already in the list.
